1. Agreement to Terms
By placing an order or making a purchase through our online store at shop.pelicanoneinspections.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing any purchase. If you do not agree to these terms, do not proceed with your order.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pelican One Inspections, operated under 1555 Ventures LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company.
2. Products
Pelican One Inspections offers a curated selection of healthy home products including but not limited to air quality monitors, mold test kits, water quality readers, healthy cleaning supplies, and branded apparel. All products are available for purchase through our Shopify store at shop.pelicanoneinspections.com and ship nationwide.
Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Product Descriptions & Accuracy
We make every effort to accurately describe and display our products including images, specifications, and pricing. However Pelican One Inspections does not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content on our store is accurate, complete, or error free.
If a product you receive is materially different from its description, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to resolve the issue.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Pelican One Inspections reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If a pricing error is discovered after your order is placed we will contact you before processing the order to confirm the correct price or offer a full refund.
Applicable sales tax will be applied to orders where required by law.
5. Orders & Payment
By placing an order you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You are authorized to use the payment method provided
- The information you provide is accurate and complete
Pelican One Inspections reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion including orders that appear fraudulent, orders with incorrect pricing, or orders where product availability has changed.
Payment is processed securely through Shopify's payment system. Pelican One Inspections does not store credit card or payment information.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Pelican One Inspections ships healthy home products nationwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout before your order is confirmed.
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed
- Pelican One Inspections is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
- Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
7. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Eligible for return:
- Unopened products in original packaging
- Products that arrived damaged or defective
- Products materially different from their description
Not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products unless defective
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Final sale items clearly marked as non-returnable at time of purchase
Refund process:
Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
8. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
9. Product Use & Disclaimer
Healthy home products sold by Pelican One Inspections are intended for general consumer use and informational purposes. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Results from air quality monitors, water quality readers, mold test kits, and other monitoring products are intended to provide general awareness of home conditions. They are not a substitute for professional inspection services, laboratory analysis, or medical advice.
Pelican One Inspections recommends consulting a qualified professional for any health, safety, or remediation concerns identified through the use of our products.
10. Limitation of Liability
Pelican One Inspections' total liability for any claim arising from a product purchase shall not exceed the total purchase price paid for the product in question.
Pelican One Inspections is not liable for:
- Consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind
- Personal injury or property damage resulting from product use or misuse
- Inaccurate readings or results from monitoring products
- Decisions made based on product readings or results
- Third party claims arising from product use
11. Third Party Products
Some products sold through our store are manufactured by third parties. Pelican One Inspections curates and recommends these products based on quality and performance standards but does not manufacture them. Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are separate from and in addition to our return and refund policy.
For manufacturer warranty claims please contact the manufacturer directly. We are happy to assist you in locating manufacturer contact information if needed.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on shop.pelicanoneinspections.com including but not limited to text, images, logos, product descriptions, and branding is the property of Pelican One Inspections and 1555 Ventures LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
13. Privacy & Data
Your personal information collected during the purchase process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By placing an order you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Pelican One Inspections does not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to process and fulfill your order.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from a product purchase through shop.pelicanoneinspections.com shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Harrison County, Mississippi in accordance with applicable Mississippi law. The customer waives the right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class wide arbitration against Pelican One Inspections.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Any legal action arising from these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Harrison County, Mississippi.
16. Amendments
Pelican One Inspections reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our store following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
