The Pelican One Healthy Home Store grew out of a simple pattern: after thousands of inspections across the Mississippi Gulf Coast, the same questions kept coming up. What should I do about the air in here? How do I know if that's mold? Is my water safe?

We got tired of pointing people toward products we hadn't vetted. So we built our own collection.

What we carry

Every item in this store — air quality monitors, mold test kits, water testers, non-toxic cleaning supplies, and natural fragrance sprays — is something we'd put in our own home. No fillers, no gimmicks. Just tools that answer the question every homeowner eventually asks: what's actually living inside my house?

Pelican One is a family-owned inspection company based on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, led by a Navy veteran and licensed inspector with 15+ years inside real properties — behind the walls, under the crawl spaces, in the ductwork.
